Airy, silent room, pleasant staff who claimed to be the manager. Very comfy bed for sleeping. Fast check-in, late check-out. Downstairs bar and great pool. Marvellous and best possible location - near Leibniz Association. Positioned in the good area, so close to trains/trams, Berlin, and the Hbf and Nature.

One simple answer, yes or no?
Superb location near transport links and vibrant eateries! The rooms were immaculate.
My experience was marred by frustrating billing issues and rude staff at the front desk, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay!

Upon check-in, I waited 25 minutes, yet no one offered pleasantries or even lifted a finger to help with my bags. The mini bar? Just an empty fridge. And then to cap it off, I expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but apparently, their idea of hospitality is bare minimum. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a good mix of continental and cooked options that really kickstart your day. The interior decor has a modern flair that's quite visually appealing and gives off a fresh vibe throughout the hotel.
The advertised minibar is just an empty fridge that desperately needs defrosting, pretty frustrating for a supposed upscale hotel. I was also disappointed to find that using the pool costs an extra 20 euros daily. On top of that, the air conditioning in my room was broken, and despite the staff's apologies, it left me feeling quite uncomfortable at times. The check-in process could use some streamlining as well. It felt unnecessarily lengthy and inefficient during peak hours. There seems to be an inconsistency in room amenities, with many basic conveniences missing, which really shouldn't be the case for a place at this level.

The location was fantastic, just a pleasant 30-minute walk to both Alexanderplatz and the main Berlin station. My room was clean and spacious with a cozy layout. Breakfast was a good mix of continental and cooked options, definitely worth the €25 for the excellent quality and variety. The hotel bar served amazing coffees and had a massive drink selection. Deeno at the bar was particularly helpful, going out of his way to make sure I was satisfied.
No issues worth mentioning .
